# Design Universes · reusable reference kit

Start with index.json to choose a chapter. Open the public website visually, then read the corresponding chapter markup. The ZIP contains the working site and shared assets except the two large original reference sheets, listed in large-assets.json; download those separately into assets/ to retain full original resolution. Together these contain the working site and shared assets, preserving the source interactions instead of reconstructing them from screenshots.

## Use the code accurately
Run the complete kit with a static web server and open index.html. Chapter markup is an extraction for locating components, not a standalone app. reference.css and reference.js show the shared source; scripts may depend on the full document. For a complete task-card example, use task-template-examples.html with assets/. It contains the three task examples and their controls.

Keep fonts, foam filter, materials, responsive label behavior, note controls, and status meanings together. Editing text is separate from changing these design rules. Reuse the working reference first; check appearance and keyboard behavior after integrating into another app. Framework adaptations require verification; copying source cannot guarantee identical rendering on every host.

These are reference examples. They do not connect to private notes, live agents, or customer records. Private review archives and private source links are excluded. Existing descriptions of unverified examples remain unverified.
